Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with every 3DFyne order. This policy explains when returns, replacements and refunds apply.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable
Opened or partially used filament spools cannot be returned for hygiene and quality-assurance reasons, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Replacements
If your item is defective or damaged in transit, share clear photos with us and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer/UPI.
